Shipping conditions

All deliveries are made with our logistics partner UPS.

We deliver within Germany and the following countries:

Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria.

Shipping costs (net plus 19% VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 6.90 €

The standard delivery time is 1-2 working days.

For deliveries to German islands we will charge an island surcharge of 12,00 €.

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg up to 31.5 kg flat rate € 9.90

Great Britain (1), Austria up to 31.5 kg flat rate € 19.90

Denmark, Switzerland (depending on weight) at least € 9.90

France (depending on weight) at least € 12.90

Italy up to 31.5 kg flat rate. 19.90 €

(1) For parts of the British Isles including Northern Ireland and the bulkhead. Highlands, Isle of Man (IM), Guernsey (GG) and Jersey (JE), island surcharges apply

Express shipping (abroad):

Terms of payment

We offer our customers the following payment options:

1. Payment with PAYPAL

Use your PayPal account for payment processing easily and conveniently.

2. Credit card

Credit card payments are processed through our payment service provider PayPal. It is not necessary that you have a PayPal account.

3. Direct debit

If you select the direct debit payment method, the amount will be debited from your account by our payment service provider PayPal. It is not necessary that you have a PayPal account.

4. Prepayment

After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation with the total amount and our bank details. Please only then make the transfer. As soon as we have received your payment, the goods will be sent to you and you will receive the tracking number of your package by email. Please note that, depending on the bank, it can take up to 2 working days for the amount to be credited to us.

5. Invoice

For existing customers and from the third successfully completed order, we offer delivery on invoice up to a net goods value of € 250. The invoice must be paid within 14 days.
